Headed up by our VP of Brokerage, Krista Yockey, we work with owners and tenants of all sizes to help market, purchase,sell, and lease industrial, office, and retail space.

Krista is a licensed real estate broker in Kentucky and Indiana specializing in industrial real estate with experience in vacant land development and office leasing and sales.

Prior to jumping into the real estate industry, Krista worked in the manufacturing world as an environmental consultant with a Fortune 250 waste service provider, then became Team Leader of the second largest real estate brokerage in the city of Louisville prior to joining the commercial real estate industry in 2020.

Krista is the Co-Founder of the CREW Louisville Chapter and sits on the CCIM board for the State of Kentucky. She helps guide and coach women and entrepreneurs to think bigger and stay on track to achieve their goals. When she’s not working, Krista enjoys trying local restaurants with friends, visiting farmers markets and art fairs, and spending time with her husband, son and cockapoo.
