Our family business was founded in 1971 by Elmer Hoehn and his son, Pat Hoehn. We are in our third generation of ownership with brothers Cory and Kyle Hoehn.
We started as a logistics company, delivering goods nationwide for customers both large and small. Our flagship property, Water Tower Square, had hundreds of thousands of square feet of warehouse space that supported those trucking and storage needs. Over time our focus shifted from logistics to the development, management, and investment of industrial, office, and commercial real estate.
